Searching for the Best
Before you settle on a taxidermist based on price alone, I urge you to visit a few taxidermists' shops to be sure you are comparing "apples to apples" and not only price to price. The artistic abilities and capabilities vary amongst taxidermists. It is important to
see the quality of work in person or in very detailed photos while comparing. Some taxidermists may not produce the quality of work that you expect for your mount. If you would like to see the quality of my work you can look through my online portfolio, where I have included hundreds of photos of my work, or you can just stop by in person. If you would like to come by the shop or if you have any questions please call (551) 206-2623. I am available, by phone, most days 9AM - Midnight. I am also available, if you call first, until Midnight to drop off heads, especially early season when warmer temperatures can become a problem. You don't want the head and hide hanging too long in the heat because you could risk hair slippage. For more information about taking care of your trophy, you can find a field care link at the top of this webpage. A price list is also readily available on this site if you need to see what type of mount works best within your budget.
